Settlement for a client who struck the defendant’s vehicle after it pulled out from a flashing red light failing to yield the right-of-way to the client. The client, who was operating a motorcycle at the time of the collision, suffered severe injuries including the loss of use of both of his legs (Caldwell County, 2008)
