Settlement for client who was a passenger in a dune buggy when the at-fault driver turned left into the dune buggy. Client was hospitalized for 9 days during which he had two surgeries for internal injuries. Client also suffered multiple broken ribs and facial fractures (Lincoln County, 2022).
