Arbitration Award. Client was a 58-year-old male, driving straight, when another vehicle pulled out from a parking lot striking his vehicle, causing him to run over a curb. Client injured his neck and sustained a concussion, which resulted in memory loss and chronic headaches (Mecklenburg County, 2016).
