Motorcycle Accident

Settlement for a 19-year-old woman who was injured when riding as a passenger on a motorcycle that wrecked when a car pulled out from a parking lot into its lane. The young woman sustained serious injuries of a broken leg and fractured kneecap that required surgery and placement of a rod in her leg, broken hand, broken collar bone, and scars from her injuries (York County, SC, 2015).
