Motorcycle Accident

Pretrial settlement for a 32-year-old man who was injured when another vehicle turned left in front of him, causing his bike to collide with the vehicle, His body was ejected from his motorcycle. The client sustained a serious knee injury with several of his ligaments and tendons being torn, resulting in three knee repairs and reconstruction surgeries (Mecklenburg County, 2017).
