Settlement for a 52-year-old man who was driving through an intersection when a pickup truck pulling a utility trailer ran the red light and t-boned the client’s vehicle, causing serious injuries including fractured ribs, punctured lungs, fractured collarbone, and a fractured pelvis. The client became disabled from working due to his lung injuries and had to use oxygen (Mecklenburg County, 2015).
