Settlement for an 18-year-old female who was a passenger in a vehicle that lost control when the driver swerved to avoid a pothole, overcorrected, and rolled vehicle 7 times. The client was ejected from the vehicle causing a forehead laceration, concussion, fractured vertebrae, fractured pelvis, fractured ankles, and heel fracture (York County, SC, 2015).
