Automobile Accident

Settlement for 32-year-old female who was traveling straight when another vehicle pulled out into the path of client’s lane of travel. Defendant struck the right front of client’s vehicle and knocked her into oncoming traffic. Client’s injuries included: left tibia fracture, right ankle fracture, right femur fracture, manubrium fracture, multiple rib fractures, and laceration to the right knee (2016).
